Greetings,

How long does donor sperm (washed IUI) live after being inserted in the uterus? I know during normal intercourse, sperm can live for 3 days or more.

Hi NMS -

Current research indicates that washed sperm can live up to 72 hours, but it loses potency after approximately 12-24 hours.
