Low ovarian reserve; MIA ovary

I just ended my TWW, with AF arriving on the day of my pregnancy test.
I had started the cycle for IVF, but one ovary was not detectable on ultrasound. My other ovary, only had 2 follicles (instead of 4 minimum for IVF), so we got switched to IUI.
I had prior surgery for PCOS and endometriosis, so RE said that maybe the prior surgery "blew out" my MIA ovary.
Just waiting to hear from my doctor what is next. IUI is not aggressive enough, but looks to be my only option.
Anyone with similar issues have success?
Last cycle was Lupron micro-flare with Menopur and Follistim. Age 39.
