I recently had 3 vials shipped to my home. How long do the vials stay frozen once the tank has been opened?

    I think you have 5 or 6 days from shipping

    Hi Griffin -

    It depends on the date that it was shipped out of our facility and not when the tank was opened. The specimen can stay frozen for 7 days from the date of shipment.

    If you open the tank to remove one vial, it is important to close it up quickly.
