Hi,

I was wondering how many reported pregnancies there are for donor 14103? Will there be any more vials released besides what is already there? Thank you.

    Hi Nae -

    Donor 14103 currently has less than 5 reported pregnancies. He's been available for less than 3 months.

    He may have additional IUI vials released at the end of May, but this is not guaranteed because it depends on his next blood draw.

    I used donor 14103 and became pregnant via ivf. I purchased the last ici vial. 3 months and 4 days pregnant!

    NaeGilb88 i believe CCB provides refunds if they don't meet the min. motile count.

    Hi Nae -

    If your physician's office is using a different counting method, different thawing method, and/or different equipment from us, that could result in a different total motile count.

    Some labs may not thaw the specimen long enough, which is fine for insemination because sperm thrive at body temperature and will continue to "wake up" when inserted into the body. But an early evaluation will show a lower total motile sperm count than if they were evaluated when the sperm are at their ideal temperature.

    Hi,

    I just wanted to join the conversation as we just used donor 14103 6 days ago for our first iui. We had 2 inseminations. I am not familiar with high and low counts etc, I am taking it all in stride and trying to learn as I go. I know our first day of iui had better numbers than our second day. I was able to sneak a picture of the count printout so I will look it over and see what I understand. Fingers crossed for all of you and congrats on the pregnancy!

    I'm not sure if your wife had her 3rd iui yet. If so, I hope it went well! I go in for blood work on Friday but, pregnancy tests haven't given me any hope right now.     Hi,

    I found this post under my search for this donor and wanted to join in. I purchased what seemed the last Vial of IUI yesterday and I'm very excited. My IUI is scheduled for next week....this will be my first IUI attempt (i have all my fingesr crossed :D). We'll do ultrasound, trigger shot and then the IUI. Hopefully I can ask for the count and let u ladies know how it was. Best wishes to all of you.

    How was the count on your iui? We did 2 inseminations this month. Yesterday and today. I am really disappointed in his numbers, but I have my fingers crossed for you and us!

    Hi Caitlin!

    I went in for u/s today @ 8:00am, with 2 mature follicles they gave me the trigger shot. Tomorrow, I will be going in for IUI, it is scheduled for 11am. I'll keep u guys posted with his numbers. Good luck!!! ??????????

    I'm interested in using 14103 as he was my first pick, however it looks like I'm late and there aren't any remaining viles. My first IUI will be in July hopefully, or worst case August. I've put my name on the list for notification if there are more, but also wanted to check here to see if anyone bought multiple viles they may no longer need due to becoming pregnant. If that's the case I'd love to know if more will become available. And, Congrats Comeonbaby!

    Hi Lifeiswonderful,

    We did a "medicated cycle" with an Ovidril/trigger shot and then a day after my second iui I started to take Progesterone. Last cycle, my progesterone was really low, so as much as I hoped not to medicate, I knew this would give me the best chance. My second IUI was Friday afternoon--I was fine on Saturday and Sunday. Monday I felt really ill. Flu-like symptoms with chills and a terrible headache. It literally lasted from 11am until I woke up Tuesday morning. I also had bloating and cramping. Tuesday and today I was symptom free and feeling fine. I don't know what Monday was about--maybe just adjusting to the progesterone. Today is day 5--I go in for blood work on Friday and hope my progesterone is higher...then, the 26th is our big day. I don't know when ovidril is supposed to wear off, but if I did--I'm sure I would start testing next week! Haha. So I'm just trying to be patient and hope that implantation is going to happen any day now!

    Hi!
    We are on our second IUI round with him. First two inseminations numbers were good. This vials numbers were extremely low & our doctor told us to contact CA Cryo. Super disappointing. We will see what tomorrow's numbers look like for day 2 of round 2. Hopefully they're MUCH better. This is emotionally draining & then to have a low count is a bummer.
    Has anyone had success with him and IUI?? Or just IVF? Thanks!

    Im currently on my fith week with donor 14103 through IUI. Send the info to CA cry im pretty sure they will do something about it. I wish you the best of luck!

    I was wondering if anyone currently has extra vials of this donor for sale. We had a positive pregnancy on the second try, which unfortunately ended in miscarriage. We're currently on try #5 and are getting low on vials.

    Yes there are several half siblings. I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy baby boy born in April and there are a couple of sisters so far. A few others are expecting. There's a spreadsheet with all the info (location, birthdates, etc) you can get by emailing caitlinandkat2015@gmail.com. We'd love to see pictures if you're willing to share.
