First IUI with donor 13161

We are doing our first IUI with Donor 13161. We had three failed ICI attempts with a known donor, and then after some testing, it seems that I wasn't getting a dominant follicle and I have a very retroflexed uterus. So, after my first round of Clomid, I have 4 dominant follicles, and just ordered the goods. Has anyone tried donor 13161 yet? Any good suggestions for our first IUI attempt? Baby dust to all! :)
