Hi I found someone that has vial for sale how would that work , what are the fees

    Hi Ingrid -

    The fee to transfer vials from one account to another is $330. The new owner is responsible for paying that fee and opening up an account with CCB. The transfer takes approximately 4 weeks.

    When you log in to My Account, please go to the Forms page and download the "Non-Family Transfer of Ownership of Purchase & Store Vial(s) Request Form". It includes information on vial eligibility for transfer of ownership. This form must be signed and notarized by both parties. Copies of photo IDs may also be required.

    $330 plus my shipping?

    Hi Ingrid -

    Yes, the $330 just covers the transfer of ownership. Once the vials are transferred to your account, you will have 30 days to either ship them out or extend your storage. The price of shipping or storage depends on which shipping option or storage term you choose.
