Sorry to be gone for so long! Some of the new behind the scenes changes to the website took much longer than we had expected. But we are finally back and ready to respond to all your questions and comments.

If you recently added donors to your favorites list, you can access them on the donor search page: http://www.cryobank.com/Search.aspx On the top left corner, "Favorites" appears under the My Account box and displays the quantity of favorite donors that you saved.
If you are looking for donors that you saved to your favorites list before we updated the website on 6/29/12, please feel free to call Client Services or you can also email me and I can send those to you. nicole@cryobank.com
We require a signed authorization form before you can ship specimen, because we need to make sure that you are under the care of a healthcare professional. Based on your health, family history, and age, your physician may recommend certain tests prior to conception and/or the most effective plan to get you pregnant.
