How to ship online

Hi! We purchased our vials and selected our storage option before our doc signed our A1 form. Our account indicates we've completed all necessary steps, but now we can't figure out how to ship some of our vials online. How can I do this online or do I have to call to get this moving?

    The ability to ship vials from storage through our website is not currently available.

    Please contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 (Monday-Friday 6am to 6pm PST or Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm PST) and they will be happy to help you schedule your shipment.
