Can't read handwriting!

I'm having trouble reading the handwriting of the staff member who wrote the 'staff impression' for donor 11656. Can you tell me what the 3rd trait is for the personality line? "Smart, well-traveled, ??????, introverted"

    It think it is supposed to say serious but WOW someone got careless!

    I dont' know... they say the word serious farther down but it doesn't look the same at all!

    Sorry about that. We will replace it with a typed version as soon as we can. For the record, all Staff Impressions on new donors are now being typed.
