For vials that have been stored at CCB and were never picked up or shipped out, you can transfer them to another client or you can sell them back to us.

If you are transferring them to another client, there is paperwork that both parties will need to complete along with a $345 transfer fee for the new owner.
You can find the Vial Buyback form and Transfer of Ownership form by logging into My Account and going to the Forms page.
