Donor Keepsake Packet

Hello,

I was under the impression that once we reported our pregnancy (which I have done), and with the purchase of Level II (which I have also done) that I would receive a Donor Keepsake Packet? I believe I meet the qualifications and would love to hear back about obtaining this valuable information. Thanks and I look forward to hearing back from you.

FYI, working with California Cryobank has been awesome! It has been easy to communicate with and contact your staff whenever I had questions. The process was smooth and simple all the way. Thank you again Cal-Cryo, I will definitely recommend you to others!

    Congratulations on your pregnancy!

    You should receive your Donor Keepsake Packet in about a week. (If your home address has changed, please contact Client Services and they will be able to assist you.)

    I'm glad to hear that you've had a positive experience with CCB! I hope that you have a smooth pregnancy and please don't forget to report the birth to us as well. :)

    If you do not purchase level 2 or higher can you still purchase a keep sake packet? If so how much?
