Are clients able to pick-up specimen vials at the Massachusetts facility? Or is that option only available for your main location in California?

Hi Monk -

Yes. You may pay a one-time transfer fee to have your vials moved to our Cambridge office for future pick-up. Contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 for more details or to arrange the transfer.
