Low Sperm Count 13223

I have purchased 2 vials of 13223. The last 2 vials available, actually. The first vial had 10 million and the 2nd vial had 6 million. These numbers are low and one of them is below your advertised minimum guarantee. I thought I read somewhere that you offer refunds but now I cannot find anything about it on your site. Can you please respond to let me know what your policy is and how you can help me?

    I'm sorry to hear about your situation. For IUI vials, our guarantee is 10 million motile sperm after thawing. In order to determine if a credit will be issued, we need your physician/lab to complete the specimen report form and fax it to us.
