Is the shipping fee the same for 1 or 3 vials? Or does it increase?

Hi Melissa -

The shipping fee does not increase if you ship multiple vials at one time.

Please remember to schedule your shipment at least one business day before you would like the specimen to ship out, to avoid any same-day fees. You can actually schedule a shipment up to 30 days in advance.

Just curious: If I have two vials of ici shipped for home insemination will the tank keep the second vial adequately frozen for 24-48hrs after I've used the first?

Hi Ankh -

The shipping tank is validated for 7 days, so as long as you use the second vial within that window, it will be fine.

Please keep in mind that the timeframe is 7 days from your ship date. So for example, if your specimen leaves our facility on a Tuesday, we suggest that you use it by the following Tuesday.
