First ICI insemination last night. What to expect?

Hello, My partner and I completed our first insemination last night. About 12 hrs past first +OPK. We used unwashed ICI sperm... and will do another insemination tonight (about 18 hrs past previous insemination).
Just wondering what to expect within he next few days.... If anyone has experienced any physical body changes or signs after the ICI? Any help or thoughts on this would be awesome!!
