Can you tell me how many pregnancies have been reported for Donor 13293? I am interested to learn how many siblings my future child may have.

    Hi Erin -

    We can share if there are more or less than 5 reported pregnancies. Donor 13293 has 5 or more reported pregnancies.

    Our maximum goal is 25-30 families per donor worldwide. The average is about 12-15 families per donor.

    Do all worldwide families use the same sibling registry? If not can the different databases be cross referenced? Is it mandatory to sign up for the sibling registry?

    Hi Erin -

    We have our own free CCB Sibling Registry, where we verify client information and confirm the donor number.

    This is not mandatory, as some clients may prefer to remain anonymous or they may wait until their child is old enough to decide if he/she wants to join.

    Please note that clients are able to report a pregnancy/birth to us without joining our Sibling Registry.

    There is also the Donor Sibling Registry which is a source for all donor-conceived children, whether their families used a sperm donor, egg donor, donated embryos, etc.

    Erin,

    I can tell you that myself and another single mom by choice in Denver are both pregnant by this donor. I am joining the sibling registry ;) I am having a BOY! I think currently this donor has about 6 pregnancies...or so we were told.
