CCB has a process called Non-Family Transfer of Ownership which we would utilize for the sale. Notarized signatures required. CCB’s transfer price is $345, which you would pay directly to them once you set up your storage subscription! CCB does give a 30 day grace period for setting up storage after the transfer is complete.
