Hi, I have one vial of Donor 15806 #15806 available for sale at my cost ($1785). The vial is coded U-P and I was planning to use it for IVF (but I can't remember if it is an IUI or IFV vial, maybe that code tells you?). The vial is located at Stanford Fertility and Reproductive Health in Sunnyvale, CA. Use there or cover shipping to ship elsewhere. Preference to families with siblings from that donor.
