Starting the process tomorrow.

Hi everyone. I haven't been on here for a while. It's been kind of a few bumpy weeks for me health wise. I'm calling to make an appointment tomorrow to get checked out. I will also be asking her some questions on what she thinks I should do to get started with AI. The past two days I finds myself sort of hyperventilating. I think it's because I know that I'm actually starting this very long exciting process. Any advice on how to calm down. It can't be good for me to be this stressed?

  • Try YOGA!!! It helps me too stay focused and calm. It helped me get my BP under control and you can still do it when you get preggers!!! It is a very exciting time when you are about to go to your first visit. I hope you have a great friend to talk to about the process that helps too. Best of luck and Baby Dust !!!
