Starting the process tomorrow.

Hi everyone. I haven't been on here for a while. It's been kind of a few bumpy weeks for me health wise. I'm calling to make an appointment tomorrow to get checked out. I will also be asking her some questions on what she thinks I should do to get started with AI. The past two days I finds myself sort of hyperventilating. I think it's because I know that I'm actually starting this very long exciting process. Any advice on how to calm down. It can't be good for me to be this stressed?

    Try YOGA!!! It helps me too stay focused and calm. It helped me get my BP under control and you can still do it when you get preggers!!! It is a very exciting time when you are about to go to your first visit. I hope you have a great friend to talk to about the process that helps too. Best of luck and Baby Dust !!!
