TWW with Donor #15051

My Wife and I are now in the dreaded tww. Our doctors were thrilled with the numbers from the donor (8mil post wash and they said they like to see 5 mil) and pre-trigger, her folicles were 24.8 and 25.7 mm. We are trying to not focus too hard on the wait, but the last 2 days were so slow! I booked up a weekend get away for the 14&15 (we go in for the pregnancy test on the 14) that way we have a distraction and time to deal if we get a BFN before we have my wife's best friends baby shower on the 16th. But hoping and praying for a BFP, would love suggestions and advice!

Wishing you all the luck and baby dustssssss. I cannot wait for after the TWW!!! I know it will be stressful but I’m going to stay busy any positive!!
Definitely try to stay busy @Mommas4Baby We're trying to focus on the trip a bit more too, that way it's a little less hectic on our brain. Thanks for the baby dust!!
@OurAdventure I've just started my TWW with donor 15051. It's day 2 and they have been the longest 2 days ever!
Hi @smile246 Try to stay distracted and positive! We got our positive with this donor on 9/14 and will hopefully hear the heartbeat on 10/1. Keep us updated on how you're doing!
Hi @OurAdventure . How did your appointment go? Did you hear the heartbeat? I got a BFN today, but plan to try again on this month's cycle. It'll only be my 2nd attempt so I'm still full of hope and optimism.

Hi @smile246 I'm sorry to hear that! We got to hear a very healthy heart beat (112 beats per minute) and received our official due date of 5/25! Our doctor said everything looks great.

@smile246 Have you gone in for your next cycle yet? We're 9 weeks 4 days today and have officially graduated from our fertility clinic to a regular OB.
@OurAdventure That's amazing! I'm so excited for you! What an awesome journey to be on. I find out Saturday how my second IUI went and I'm anxiously counting down. I'm still feeling really good about it

@OurAdventure another BFN, but as they say, third time is a charm. I'm going to try again this cycle and hoping for that BFP, if not, my Dr and I are going to meet to discuss what's next.
I'm sorry to hear that @smile246. Third time is the charm though, you're right! Are you currently doing medicated cycles or unmedicated?
@OurAdventure I've been medicated, but increasing the dose of clomid this round. Clomid 50 mg now (last 2 attempts were 25 mg) then an ovidrel trigger shot
That's great. I think my wife did 50 mg Clomid for her cycle. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you guys!
